In adherence to a strict deadline, applications are to be received at the Office for Equity and Inclusion (front desk) on or before 4:00pm Tuesday, July 31, 2018.  Applications will be date stamped “received” upon arrival.

The Partners in Equity Grant Program supports community-based Dane County groups that propose to use funding to address systemic racial inequities in the criminal justice system, with a preference for proposals that address issues identified by the Criminal Justice Workgroup Recommendations. For more about these recommendations, please visit: https://board.countyofdane.com/documents/pdf/556_whitepaper.pdf.


Eligible Applicants 

Dane County-based community groups or non-profits with a Federal Tax ID number that are working to address systemic racial inequities are eligible to apply for this funding.

  • Individual organizations can apply for up to $15,000.
  • Partnerships or collaborations of two or more eligible organizations may apply for up to $50,000 (the full amount).
